Petunia’s Pizza keeps it simple: straightforward, perfectly cooked pizza made with love, and rock-solid event service. We aim to make the best pizza you have ever tasted. Our dough comes from a process I built as a sensory scientist: natural fermentation with wild yeast for complexity & depth of flavor, and a final bake that leaves the bottom crisp, the crust perfectly charred but not burnt, and a flavor closer to rustic farmhouse bread than a lab experiment. On top you won’t find gimmicks; you’ll find long cooked California tomato sauce that's not just tomatoes straight from a can - rather it's a carefully attended to foundation of flavor in our pizza, the perfect balance of sweet, sour, & umami. We use only high-quality cheese, and every topping is chosen to complement each other; no slop allowed. Good pizza shouldn’t be complicated - just balanced.
